Esquire Electronics Ltd. has recently coordinated a day long training program which was conducted by high officials of Sharp Corporation to coach Esquire Electronics’ DITF team for its upcoming Sharp pavilion in Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) 2020 . This training is called Atom Sales Training which has a history of 54 years. Sharp has been conducting this training since 1965 to grow hand-in-hand with the employees of its associates for providing them a clear idea about products, encouraging and aiding them to reach their full potential and to improve salesmanship and customer relationship.
This year’s training was held at Esquire tower, head office of Esquire Electronics Ltd at the capital city of Dhaka. The training was conducted by Mr. Kenichi Gomi from Sharp Corporation, Japan and Ms. Vivian Lian, Sharp Corporation, Singapore. The learning session was consisted of segments like- briefing, group discussion and role playing regarding what is expected of an employee, the importance of target achievement and identified goals, etiquette, distinct product details, importance of customer gratification and salesmanship etc.

In 2019, Esquire Electronics was awarded by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) as the third highest value added tax (VAT) payer from Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) sales.
